In the end, Christophe Galtier’s team sealed the points as Mbappe was again sunk by Messi and fired a low shot into the bottom left corner of the net from close range to give Paris Saint-Germain their second consecutive win .

Galtier’s PSG team were not at their best tonight, despite falling behind, as they had to wait patiently in the first half as Ajaccio tried to get out of the trap at a fast pace. As the game progressed, holes in the home side’s defence were opened, which led to Paris’ first goal, which Mbappe managed deftly.
In the second half they were better and made the most of Ajaccio’s chances of chasing the game, taking advantage of the gap in the back. Once PSG scored the second goal, the game was over as the Corsica side had just shut down.
Due to injury and suspension, Paris Saint-Germain’s starting line-up tonight has some smaller players such as Nodi Mukier and Carlos Soler, the former leaving behind alongside Marchinhos in midfield deep impression.
